Frozen Fun (a premium gelato brand) is looking for a Senior E-commerce Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our online revenue channels and build the next phase of our delivery and Quick Commerce business.

This is a highly entrepreneurial, hands-on role for someone who can combine revenue growth, platform management, performance marketing, menu optimization, and robust commercial understanding.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce & Revenue Ownership
Own the online sales and revenue targets across Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other relevant platforms.
Drive growth in orders, GMV, AOV, repeat purchases and contribution margin.
Develop channel-wise growth strategies based on customer behaviour, outlet potential and market opportunity.
Monitor performance at outlet, city and platform level and take corrective actions quickly.

2. Quick Commerce Growth
Lead the expansion and optimization of Frozen Fun across Blinkit,



Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions, availability, visibility and platform-level performance.
Identify opportunities to increase sales through new SKUs, pack sizes, bundles and seasonal offerings.
Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to maintain high availability and minimize stock-outs.

3. Swiggy & Zomato Management
Own the commercial and operational performance of Frozen Fun across food-delivery platforms.
Optimize menu architecture, pricing, offers, combos, merchandising and visibility.
Improve conversion through better menu presentation, product assortment and promotional strategy.
Track outlet-level performance and identify underperforming stores for focused interventions.

4. Performance Marketing & Promotions
Plan and manage platform advertising and promotional spends across channels.
Optimize CPC/CPM-based campaigns to maximize ROAS and incremental rev
