Role Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting Unitech Shipping Services’ full range of logistics solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and cold calling, preparing and presenting proposals,



coordinating with operations teams to develop competitive quotations, and ensuring timely follow-up with customers. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, tracking market trends, and providing feedback to management on customer needs and service improvements. This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring regular client visits and collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
Knowledge of logistics and shipping services, such as freight forwarding, customs clearance, and distribution.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
