We are hiring an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive for one of our clients.

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and support the organization's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring experience while building strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Understand hiring requirements in collaboration with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Handle offer rollouts,



salary negotiations, and joining formalities
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring techniques
• Ability to assess candidates against job requirements
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn
• Robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition

Preferred Requirements
• Experience in IT and/or Non-IT hiring
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Exposure to bulk hiring or campus recruitment will be an added adva
