We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded HR professional to manage end-to-end Human Resources Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance. The role requires solid functional expertise, operational rigor, and the ability to work closely with leadership and business stakeholders, particularly in supporting Oracle ERP and enterprise technology hiring needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding,



employee lifecycle management, confirmations, transfers, exits, and documentation.
Lead Talent Acquisition efforts with a strong focus on hiring Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, and enterprise application professionals.
Partner with business leaders and project teams to understand manpower requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, TDS coordination, and related filings.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable employment regulations.
Drive POSH compliance including ICC coordination, training programs, documentation, and statutory reporting.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and workplace conduct matters.
Coordinate audits
