Role Description
Influxia Media is looking for an experienced Head of Business Development who can help us build a consistent pipeline of brand partnerships and outbound business opportunities. The person should have prior experience in brand outreach, business development, influencer marketing sales, PR sales, or agency-side partnerships. The core responsibility will be to reach out to CMOs, brand managers, marketing heads, PR teams, and decision-makers across companies and convert conversations into business for Influxia Media.





Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential brands, CMOs, brand managers, marketing heads, and PR teams.
Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline for Influxia Media.
Pitch Influxia Media’s services across influencer marketing, PR campaigns, crisis management, and digital perception building.
Crack brand deals and convert outreach conversations into business opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with brands, agencies, and decision-makers.
Understand brand requirements and coordinate internally to create suitable campaign proposals.
Build long-term relationships with brand managers and marketing teams.
Track outreach activity, leads, conversations, closures, and revenue pipeline.

Requirements
Prior experience in brand outreach, influencer marketing sales, PR sales, or agency business development.
Existing network with brand managers, CMOs, marketers, or agency
