Role Overview:
We are looking for an Account Manager to lead client accounts and oversee the Social Media team, acting as the key bridge between clients and internal teams. The role will own account strategy, project delivery, client relationships, cross-selling, and revenue growth, while working closely with Creative and Production teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Oversee the Social Media team and their projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within scope and budget.
Own and drive account-level strategy, translating client business objectives into effective social media, branding, and digital strategies.
Conduct regular client meetings, provide updates, manage expectations, and build strong long-term relationships.
Collaborate with Creative, Content, Design, Media, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase revenue.
Develop strategies for account growth,



client retention, and increased service adoption.
Monitor account profitability, billing, and Gross Margin (GM); have a basic understanding of BCMA (Billing Cost Margin Analysis).
Track project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations.
Prepare account performance reports and proactively identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
Support contract negotiations, renewals, and scope discussions.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Account Management within a creative/digital agency.
Experience managing social media accounts and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Robust understanding of social media, branding, digital marketing, and creative processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
