We are seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Senior Manager – Debt Syndication to support transaction execution, lender management, and client advisory initiatives across diverse debt financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Debt Syndication & Transaction Execution

Manage end-to-end execution of debt fundraising transactions across:
Working Capital Facilities
Cash Credit & Overdraft Limits
Term Loans




Structured Debt
Project Finance
Loan Against Property (LAP)
Acquisition Financing
Supply Chain Finance
Private Credit & Alternative Lending Solutions
Evaluate client funding requirements and recommend suitable financing structures.
Coordinate with lenders and clients to ensure timely sanction, documentation, and disbursement of facilities.
Support negotiations on commercial terms, pricing, security structures, covenants, and sanction conditions.
Drive transactions from mandate acquisition through financial closure.
Lender Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with:
Public Sector Banks
Private Sector Banks
Foreign Banks
NBFCs
AIFs
Private Credit Funds
Financial Institutions
Coordinate with credit, risk, and business teams of lending institutions to facilitate transaction closures.
Track lender credit appetite, sector preferences, policies, and market trends.
