Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to manage critical production support activities and lead a team supporting global SAP Finance and Controlling operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP FICO, excellent troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience handling high-priority (P1/P2) incidents while ensuring adherence to SLAs and business continuity.
The role requires robust leadership capabilities, stakeholder management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement within a global AMS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Incident Management

Lead SAP FICO production support for business-critical applications.
Manage and resolve P1/P2 incidents within agreed SLAs.
Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams during major incidents.
Perform impact analysis and drive quick issue resolution to minimize business disruption.




Participate in incident bridges and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

Functional Support

Support SAP FI modules including:

General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting
Tax Configuration

Support SAP CO modules including:

Cost Center Accounting
Internal Orders
Profit Center Accounting
Product Costing
Profitability Analysis (COPA)

Resolve functional issues involving month-end and year-end closing activities.

Leadership & Team Management

Lead a team of SAP FICO consultants supporting global business operations.
Allocate incidents, monitor workloads, and ensure SLA compliance.
Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
Review solutions before deployment to production.
Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and incident management processes.
