Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and well-presented Female Front Desk Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area.
Coordinate with internal departments and assist visitors as required.
Maintain visitor records, appointments, and front-office documentation.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Handle correspondence and basic administrative tasks.
Provide accurate information to visitors and callers.




Ensure smooth day-to-day reception and front-office operations.

Requirements

Eligibility & Skills

Female candidates with 1-2 years of relevant Front Desk/Receptionist experience.
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with professional grooming and etiquette.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-service oriented and confident in dealing with visitors and clients.
Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
