We are Hiring – Sales & Business Development Executive

NAV BHARAT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (NBBS) is looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to promote and sell Mikshi AI-based surveillance and industrial solutions to corporate and manufacturing companies.
This is primarily a B2B field sales role. The person will be responsible for finding new customers, meeting decision-makers, understanding their requirements, giving presentations and converting opportunities into business.

Job Responsibilities:




Generate new business opportunities from corporate and industrial customers.
Visit factories, warehouses, offices and other potential customers.
Identify the right decision-makers and arrange meetings.
Meet Plant Heads, Safety/EHS Managers, HR Heads, Operations Heads, IT teams and business owners.
Understand the customer's existing challenges and requirements.
Present Mikshi AI solutions and explain how they can help improve monitoring, safety and compliance.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations with support from the technical team.
Generate leads through calling, LinkedIn, references, networking and field visits.
Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up with customers.
Maintain regular follow-up until the prospect is closed.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Maintain a proper record of leads, meetings and sales opportunities.
Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.
