Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers, explaining product features, and guiding them through the buying process across in-store and online channels.



The specialist will handle lead generation, follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and support sales conversions to meet revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer queries, coordinating with store and operations teams, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and providing feedback on customer needs and trends. The role also requires adherence to Furnishka’s values of transparency, empathy, and integrity while representing the brand in all interactions.
Qualifications

Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with skills in Lead Generation and converting inquiries into sales.
Strong Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
Target Oriented
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain product features clearly and persuasively.
