Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Senior Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, manage client inquiries, conduct property presentations and site visits, and guide clients through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. The role includes maintaining a strong sales pipeline, negotiating terms, preparing proposals and agreements, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients.



The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams for marketing support, market research, and post-sales coordination, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing a high level of client service.
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting, preferably in the NCR market, with a strong track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently.
Solid understanding of real estate market trends, property valuations, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the region.
Ability to manage multiple leads and transactions simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
