Role Description The Wireless Sales Manager – RADWIN DISTRIBUTOR role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing and expanding sales through distributors and channel partners for RADWIN’s wireless broadband solutions,



including Point-to-Multipoint and Point-to-Point products. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations and demos, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts to meet revenue and margin targets. The Wireless Sales Manager will collaborate closely with technical and pre-sales teams to design solutions that meet customer requirements, support distributors with training and sales enablement, and monitor market trends and competitor activity. The role also includes maintaining accurate sales forecasts, reporting performance to leadership, and ensuring strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
