Cashfast Finserv is expanding, and we’re looking for an ambitious Team Lead – Personal Loan & Overdraft Sales to join our growing sales team in Noida.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Monitor team performance and improve conversion rates
• Handle sales pipelines, follow-ups, and customer coordination
• Coach team members on pitching, objection handling, and closing
• Ensure consistent achievement of business and revenue goals

? What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably BFSI/Loans




• Prior experience in team handling or a leadership role
• Robust communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
• Ability to motivate a team and perform under pressure

? Location: Noida
? CTC: ₹3–5 LPA + Attractive Incentives
