Role Description

The ServiceNow GRC Trainer role at Thinkcloudly is a part-time, remote position focused on delivering clear, practical instruction in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, designing lesson plans, and conducting live online sessions and workshops for learners at various skill levels. The trainer will demonstrate ServiceNow GRC features, guide learners through hands-on exercises, and answer questions in a structured,



supportive environment. Additional tasks include assessing learner progress, providing feedback, updating curriculum content to reflect platform changes and best practices, and collaborating with the team to continuously improve the training experience.

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to explain complex GRC and ServiceNow concepts in a clear, structured way.
