Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute construction of civil works, infrastructure, and services at project sites.
- Reports to Project Manager.
- Flair for execution, expediting through careful construction planning, coordination, and site control.
- Quality- and safety-conscious and systems-oriented.
- Proactive with contractors and for timely inputs of engineering, material, machinery, equipment, and labor.
- Leads a team of engineers and supervisors.
- Advises contractors and staff on all technical matters.
- Aware of local construction regulations.
Candidate profile:
- Degree or diploma in civil engineering from a recognized university with more than 10 years of work experience at sites in residential or commercial real estate high-rise projects in Mumbai.
- Valuable communication skills, both written and verbal.
