Job Description: Windows Administrator

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

Position: Windows Admin

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in Windows Infrastructure Management

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization’s Windows-based systems. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise in Windows Server environments and ensure smooth IT operations with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019).

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.

Handle Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user access management.

Perform regular system updates, patching, backups, and security hardening.

Troubleshoot Windows OS, server issues, and network-related escalations.

Coordinate with IT, security, and infrastructure teams for problem resolution.

Manage virtualization technologies (preferably VMware / Hyper-V).

Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and SOPs.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

Strong hands-on experience in Windows Administration & AD Management

Knowledge of virtualization platforms

Understanding of firewall, networking basics, and IT security

Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
