Job Description
- Lead Insurance F&A; operations strategy execution with ownership of delivery excellence, financial performance, and margin growth.
- Manage end-to-end service delivery across global centres, ensuring quality, compliance, risk governance, and SLA achievement.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to drive growth, client retention, expansion opportunities, and strategic relationships.
- Spearhead AI, analytics, automation, and digital transformation programmes across operations.
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team across multiple geographies.




- Influence executive decision-making through operational insights, governance, and transformation roadmaps.
