Embark on a transformative journey as a Senior Digital Product Owner – Homepage at Barclays, where you'll spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. You'll harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionize our digital offerings, ensuring unapparelled customer experiences.
You'll join the BUK Digital & Innovation team, where you'll be embedded within our Pune‑based engineering teams, working closely with UK Product Owners. You'll be focused on evolving the Homepage of the Barclays app and online banking, providing on‑the‑ground technical ownership to translate demand into high‑quality, predictable delivery. You'll be working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Risk partners.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skillsets:
- Solid experience as a technical, delivery-focused Product Owner, able to translate engineering delivery into tangible value and improved user journeys.
- Proven ability to own and prioritise backlogs, including transformational. change, KTLO, technical debt,
regulatory change and platform optimisation.
- Confidence translating high‑level requirements into clear technical user stories, acceptance criteria and sprint‑ready backlog items.

- Experience driving delivery acceleration by removing blockers and enabling effective sprint execution.
- Strong understanding of platform stability, incident management and operational resilience.
