RL - Wheels: Product Manager - Auto Loan

About the Business Group:
The Auto Loans department is a part of Retail Lending business of the bankwhich offers Auto Loans to customers Pan India.
About the Role:
Product Manager is responsible to achieve business goals and profitability by way of strategic initiatives, monitor placement margin and engaging in business development activities to drive growth and profitability. The Product Manager is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of a product or product line. They collaborate with cross-functional teams-including operations, credit, Digital Banking, IT, CARO, marketing, and sales and other stakeholders - to define product goals, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:




- Responsible for designing and launching new products and streamlining existing processes to increase new customer acquisition.
- Aligning the onboarding platforms with the competition financers to enhance customer experience and reduced TAT.
- Cross-functional collaboration for formulating and implementing current processes and/ or modifying existing processes and addressing queries/ clarifications sought by Sales Team
- Ensuring rate and payout matrix planning for each quarter and roll out of the same to Sales & Operations.
- Design and launch contests and schemes for employees and Channel Partners
- Monitor pricing, revenue generation, portfolio performance including budgetary, expansion and long-term business planning
- Monitoring portfolio delinquency and aligning with the collection team to improve sourcing and identifying delinquent locations.
- Driving business volumes by organizing cadences with Sales team regularly, monitoring business productivity and ensuring continuous growth.
