About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Associate – Zoho Solutions who can manage the complete B2B sales cycle for Zoho Consulting, Implementation, Automation, and Business Solutions.

This is not a traditional telecalling role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with business owners, understanding their business processes, identifying operational problems, and recommending appropriate Zoho solutions.

The candidate will work closely with our Zoho implementation and technical team to convert business requirements into practical solutions and successfully close opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client business requirements.




- Identify business problems related to CRM, sales, finance, operations, HR, and automation.
- Recommend suitable Zoho products and solutions based on client requirements.
- Conduct solution-oriented presentations and demos.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
- Coordinate with technical/functional consultants for solution scoping.
- Handle pricing discussions, objections, and negotiations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
- Maintain complete opportunity information in CRM.
- Develop recent business through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, referrals, and other B2B channels.
- Build relationships with business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure proper handover of closed projects to the implementation team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
