Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect - Data & ETL to design, develop, and oversee enterprise-scale data integration and ETL solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data architecture, ETL development, data warehousing, cloud technologies, and team leadership. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and data engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data architecture and ETL frameworks.
- Lead data integration initiatives across multiple source and target systems.
- Architect scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data processing.
- Define data models, data governance standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Review ETL designs, code quality, and performance optimization strategies.
- Ensure data quality, data integrity, security, and compliance standards.




- Troubleshoot complex data and integration issues.
- Mentor and guide ETL developers and data engineers.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technology roadmap discussions.
- Drive cloud data migration and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills

Technical Skills
- Solid experience in ETL/Data Integration tools such as:
- Informatica PowerCenter / IICS
- Talend
- SSIS
- DataStage
- ADF (Azure Data Factory)
- Robust SQL and database expertise.
- Experience with Data Warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or similar databases.
- Experience in cloud platforms:
- Microsoft Azure
- AWS
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
- Experience with Big Data technologies is an added advantage:
- Spark
