Senior safeguard Delta's standards for safety, airworthiness, and fleet reliability through administration of the Reliability Program (D074/TOPP 20-40-05). This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of operational data, supporting compliance with Delta's Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) and 14 CFR 121.373 requirements. As a critical link between AI-enabled tools, regulatory obligations, and operational reliability, the Specialist validates data quality, oversees compliance reporting, and supports effective fleet performance monitoring. The ideal candidate demonstrates a robust compliance mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to identify trends, anticipate risks, and develop proactive solutions that enhance safety, reliability, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform ATA coding and classification of aircraft maintenance log page data to ensure accurate, standardized information for reliability analysis, regulatory reporting,



and operational decision-making.
- Identify, evaluate, and report regulatory events, including SDR, MSI, RVSM, APU, and ETOPS occurrences, ensuring compliance with FAA requirements and company reporting standards.
- Conduct detailed reviews of maintenance and operational records to identify reportable CASS events, including PDAs, expired emergency equipment, defective oxygen masks, and other safety-related findings.
- Review and analyze operational delays and Aircraft Out-of-Service (AOS) events, distinguish technical versus maintenance-related causes, and validate coding accuracy to support data integrity, reliability analytics, and performance reporting.
