Join us as a Plant Upstream Planning Leader and take ownership of supply chain execution at the plant level. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive operational efficiency, optimize material flow, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless production and delivery.

What will you do
- Oversee upstream planning to ensure timely material availability and optimal inventory levels
- Analyze supply chain performance data and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Partner with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align schedules with demand and supplier capacity
- Lead continuous improvement efforts that enhance safety, quality, and operational performance

- Supplier Portal Tool — advanced level; managing supplier communications and tracking material deliveries in real time
