Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in project/construction management,




- Proven track record in real estate
- Proficient in project management methodologies, risk management, financial acumen, and data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
- Solid system and process-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Project Director and own the overall project planning and execution multiple projects
- Planning and tracking the deliverables for in-house teams, external consultants and vendor deliverables
- Understand design & architecture and be able to manage them during the project
- 100% control over site progress covering but not limited to
- Site logistics, Vendor management, Cost control and management
- Research and deploy new material and technology, faster and cost-effective alternatives
- Local liaison
- Multifunctional management skill of site team
