Job Description
- Draft and review legal documents and commercial contracts especially IT and tech contracts.
- Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance
- Assist in managing legal risks and resolving disputes
- Support in handling legal queries and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal requirements are met
- Stay updated on laws and regulations relevant to the healthcare industry
The Successful Applicant
- LLB/LLM
- PQE: 3-5 years
- Experience in commercial and tech related contracts.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies
- Attention to detail and robust analytical skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
