Collaboration with various teams to address operational challenges and maintain service continuity is a key aspect of daily activities, contributing to the overall stability and efficiency of IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align IT service delivery with business needs.
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Experience in managing IT service delivery and operational support within complex environments.
- Robust understanding of IT infrastructure and service management
