Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with around 3 years of experience to manage day-to-day finance operations, accounting, and compliance. The role will also provide limited support to HR operations, primarily around payroll coordination, employee reimbursements, and HR finance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Core Finance Responsibilities (Primary)
● Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including salary calculations and salary processing.
● Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
● Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
● Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other applicable regulations.
● Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits and maintain audit documentation.
● Track expenses, verify invoices, and ensure adherence to company financial policies.
● Maintain accurate financial records and support management reporting.
HR Operations Support (Secondary)
● Coordinate with HR and external vendors for monthly payroll processing.
● Manage employee reimbursement processing and related documentation.
● Assist HR in maintaining salary, attendance, and leave-related financial data.
● Support HR during employee onboarding and exit formalities from a finance perspective.
● Provide finance-related inputs for HR reports and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
● 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
● Robust knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (Tally, Zoho, or similar).
● High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
