What You'll Do:
- Strategic Learning Partnership
- Partner with Delivery Partners, Delivery Heads, Global Delivery Heads, and business leaders to design and execute organization-wide talent development and learning strategies.
- Identify capability gaps and workforce challenges, translating business needs into effective skilling solutions.
- Drive learning interventions that enhance workforce readiness, improve deployment opportunities, and strengthen organizational capabilities.
- Workforce Transformation & Talent Development :
- Collaborate with Competency Leaders and Resource Management teams to create targeted upskilling programs for bench and billable resources.
- Own learning and talent development strategies for a large business unit,



ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Enable growth opportunities through role-based learning, certification pathways, and competency development initiatives.
- Enterprise Skilling Programs :
- Lead organization-wide learning initiatives, including:
- PDEA and flagship learning programs
- AI and Generative AI skilling initiatives
- Hyperscaler certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Role-based and domain-specific learning pathways
- Drive learning-on-demand solutions by partnering with business teams and L&D; stakeholders.
- Business Impact & Customer Success
- Improve customer interview success rates through targeted capability enhancement programs.
- Support customer-facing learning initiatives, including customer university programs, learning portals, and customer visits.
