About the Job

Role Summary:

The Marketing - Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen the Nucore brand, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and solid execution capabilities across digital, content, product, and campaign marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for products and services.
- Identify target segments, customer personas, and growth opportunities.

Demand Generation & Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social media, SEO, SEM, and events.
- Drive lead generation and pipeline creation in partnership with sales teams.
- Optimize campaign performance using analytics and marketing automation tools.

Brand & Content Marketing




- Strengthen Nucore's brand presence across digital platforms.
- Create and oversee high-quality content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Manage social media presence and thought leadership initiatives.

Product Marketing
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand product capabilities and customer value propositions.
- Develop product positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement materials.
- Support product launches and feature announcements.

Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Gather customer insights and translate them into marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities.

Performance Measurement
- Track and report key marketing metrics including leads, conversions, CAC, ROI, website traffic, a
