Position Title: Deputy Manager – R&D; (MV – ESE)

Work Location: Ahmednagar

Educational Qualification & Exp: B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical) with 3 - 7 yrs of experience.

Key Deliverables:
- Design and development of medium voltage switchgears.
- Providing technical expertise in product performance, and reliability.
- Conducting Type tests as per IEC for MV products at third part labs like CPRI,ERDA,CESI., indepth knowledge of IEC std.
- Conducting inhouse verification & validation for medium voltage equipment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to successful completion of V&V; activities.




- Follow V&V; program to ensure recent package/product release to production within timeline.

Functional Competencies:
- Develop and Implement V&V; Plans: Create detailed verification and validation plans, including test strategies, test cases, and acceptance criteria, based on product requirements and specifications for MV switchgear up to 36kV.
- Design and Execute Tests: Design, set up, and execute a wide range of tests, including but not limited to:
- Type Tests: Hands On experience in Short-circuit withstand, lightning impulse withstand, power-frequency withstand, temperature rise, mechanical endurance, IP rating, etc., according to IEC and other relevant standards.
- Routine Tests: Dielectric tests, resistance measurements, mechanical operation tests, etc.
- Functional Tests: Operational performance, interlocking mechanisms, protection system functionality, etc.
