To be a successful Product Owner you should have experience with:
- Bachelors or master's degree in finance/ management and /CA/ CFA/ICWAI/Engineering Graduates with rich functional experience.
- 15+ years of qualified experience
- Extensive Product Management, business analysis or functional consulting experience, of which the last few years have been in banking applications/ products
- Must have thorough understanding of Wealth Management/Investment Banking/ Capital Markets / Credit Sanctioning & processing.
- Excellent overall knowledge of banking application and in depth knowledge of several of the functional modules like Credit booking and Sanctioning, security trading, order management, settlement, corporate actions.
- Working Knowledge of Databases and SQL




- Working knowledge on any banking products. Experience with Avaloq or alternatively in other core banking solutions (e.g. Finacle, T24, BaNCS etc.)
- Familiar with Agile, Software development lifecycle.
- Must be pro-active, self-starter, able to manage own work to deliver to agreed deadlines without close supervision
- Must be very good with time management and multi-tasking given the nature of work involved which could at times be very strategic and require experience to work through an unstructured environment
