Job Title: Assistant Manager – Project Manager - Projects and Transformation Office

Department: Compliance Hub

About Business line/Function: India CoE Compliance Hub enables safeguarding the Group's reputation and mitigating the risks across all business lines by supporting the Compliance functions globally. Currently, the India CoE Hub is structured into divisions aligned with the areas they serve, offering services for Group Compliance COO TOP, trade surveillance, electronic communications monitoring, transversal risk management, personal account dealing, MIS, and project support. The team collaborates closely with business partners worldwide.

Position Purpose: This role will be responsible for the end‑to‑end execution of various projects and transformation initiatives in India CoE Compliance Hub including the transition of processes from BNP Paribas entities worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Project management within India CoE for Compliance process transitions from BNP Paribas entities globally to India CoE Compliance Hub.




- Project management for other internal business management projects including and not limited to employee development, financial planning, continuous process improvements, and reporting.
- Partner and contribute towards global compliance offshoring projects as part of an overall global project transitions team.
- Discussions with global and internal stakeholders to plan the scope, timelines, deliverables, and transition approach for various projects.
- Execute the contractual agreements discussions with onshore and internal stakeholders.
- Execute the planning and approvals related to manpower and budgets for transitions
- Coordinate the discussion and implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) with onshore beneficiaries and internal process managers
- Track the progress of various projects and provide regular status updates to senior management
