Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with a Chemistry background to support our R&D; operations. The candidate will act as a bridge between the R&D; team and the respective business units,



ensuring smooth communication, timely project updates, and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between R&D; and business teams for project-related updates.
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are on schedule.
- Gather status updates on ongoing research activities and escalate delays when needed.
- Coordinate material requirements—identify what is needed, check availability, and follow up for procurement.
- Maintain project documentation, data sheets, reports, and trackers in Excel.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Visit the Pan India R&D; site periodically to review progress and collect updates.
- Support R&D; managers in planning, resource allocation, and execution of project activities.
