Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities-

EHS, Compliance & Safety
- Ensure full compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and legal requirements.
- Promote a solid safety culture and adherence to statutory regulations,



including the Factories Act and TN Factory Rules.

Maintenance & Reliability
- Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for dyeing machines and utility equipment (Air Compressors, Chillers, Boilers, Heat Recovery Systems, ETP/STP/ZLD).
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and machine performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in reliability metrics such as MTBF and MTTR.

Performance Monitoring & Improvement
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics (breakdowns, MTBF, MTTR) and track action plans.
- Drive improvement in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), including utilization, efficiency, and right-first-time performance.
- Monitor and reduce waste associated with maintenance-related issues.
