Job Purpose

As part of the legal team of MHRIL, handling and executing high-value strategic contracts and other commercial documentation, legal opinion related work, real estate transactions including acquisitions, leases, etc. and major litigations.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Handling various kinds of high-value strategic contracts and other commercial documentation.
2. Legal opinion related work on a wide range of cutting-edge legal issues, especially emerging areas of law.
3. Being involved in commercial and real estate transactions.
4. Being involved in major litigations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- LLB / LLM from a recognized institution.
- 5-10 years experience in law firms and/or in-house legal teams.



Law firm experience would be a plus, but not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies required:
- Prior experience must include complex commercial documentation like M&A;, high-value contracts, strategic transactions, general corporate advisory, etc.
- The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of legal matters, handling the same fairly independently and delivering high quality legal support to business teams.
- High level of customer centricity and solution-oriented approach required.
