Job Description

The Head of Indirect Procurement Operations will be responsible for defining and executing the global vision for indirect procurement operations while ensuring seamless delivery across a complex and evolving stakeholder landscape.Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the long-term operating strategy for global indirect procurement delivery.
- Lead and inspire large, globally distributed teams of procurement professionals and senior managers.




- Drive operational excellence through robust governance, KPI ownership, and continuous process improvement.
- Deliver cross-category operational consistency and harmonized procurement processes across regions.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives, including AI, automation, and self-service procurement solutions.
- Optimize procure-to-pay processes and maximize technology adoption to improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
- Act as the senior escalation point for critical operational, supplier, and stakeholder challenges.
- Drive enterprise-wide cost optimization, value creation, and supplier performance initiatives.
- Ensure robust governance, contract oversight, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with senior business leaders to translate procurement insights into strategic business outcomes.
