Key Responsibilities As a Program Manager:
- Define and drive scaling strategy and roadmap for Co-op program for A.in
- Influence across organizations to drive alignment
- Develop effective milestones and launch schedules for the program. Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks while balancing business needs and escalating where appropriate




- Gather product requirements, and partner internally with engineering/technology to ensure solutions are developed/deployed on time
- Identify recent automation opportunities to improve efficiency
- Work effectively across internal and external organizations in a matrix team environment with competing priorities. Manage cross-functional initiatives through influence versus direct management
- Drive engagement with leadership and provide program updates and reviews
- Drive adoption of new processes and tools
- Take a hands-on approach to drive key business initiatives, managing all aspects of the projects such as planning, risk management and communication
