Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller / Pre-Sales role located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing the company’s services, and generating interest and qualified leads for the sales team. Daily tasks include following up on inquiries, maintaining call logs and lead records, and providing clear and accurate information to prospective clients.



The tele caller will also coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, share feedback from customers, and support pre-sales activities such as basic information gathering and initial requirement analysis. The role requires consistent achievement of call targets, professional communication, and adherence to company guidelines and scripts.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to engage customers, build rapport quickly, and handle objections in a calm and qualified way.
- Basic understanding of sales and pre-sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.
- Comfort with using phones, CRM tools, and spreadsheets to record and track customer interactions and leads.
