Job Description
- Define and execute the technology roadmap for advanced sensing solutions supporting Electric Vehicles (EV), ADAS, and intelligent mobility applications.
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams engaged in the development of image sensors, ultrasonic sensors, environmental sensing systems, and emerging sensing technologies.
- Drive innovation from concept generation through proof-of-concept, product architecture, validation,



and industrialisation.
- Identify future technology trends, customer requirements, and market opportunities within autonomous and connected vehicle ecosystems.
- Collaborate with global customers, technology partners, start-ups, research institutes, and universities to accelerate product innovation.
- Provide technical leadership across electronics, embedded software, signal processing, algorithms, sensing hardware, and system integration.
- Establish robust engineering processes, technology governance, and best-in-class product development methodologies.
- Support business growth through technology differentiation, intellectual property creation, and technical customer engagement.
- Represent the organisation in customer discussions, industry forums, and strategic technology partnerships.
