Position Purpose

You, as a Processor of the Collateral Management Operations, will be responsible for the Capture and process daily collateral movements (cash, securities, guarantees).

Perform margin calls, collateral sweeps, and substitutions in accordance with CSA/ISDA and GMRAagreements. Monitor and resolve mismatches between internal records and external custodians/clearing houses. Reconcile collateral balances across internal systems (e.g., ALADDIN) and external sources (custodians, CCPs).

Collateral Management

The Collateral Management Processor supports the front‑office and middle‑office teams by ensuring that collateral postings, movements, and substitutions are accurately captured, verified, and reconciled across the firm's portfolio of transactions. The role is pivotal for maintaining the integrity of the firm's collateral inventory,



meeting regulatory requirements, and mitigating counter‑party.

Contributing Responsibilities
- Capture and process daily collateral movements (cash, securities, guarantees).
- Perform margin calls, collateral sweeps, and substitutions in accordance with CSA/ISDAagreements.
- Monitor and resolve mismatches between internal records and external custodians/clearing houses.
- Reconcile collateral balances across internal systems(ALADDIN) and external sources (custodians, CCPs).
- Produce daily/weekly collateral status reports for front‑office, risk, and finance.
- Escalate and investigate unapplied payments, valuation discrepancies, or broken trades.
- Ensure processing complies with regulatory frameworks (e.g., EMIR).
- Maintain audit trails and support internal/external audit inquiries.
- Perform exception checks (e.g., insufficient collateral, eligibility breaches).
