Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and accomplished B2B sales qualified with 7–14 years of experience to join our Services Sales team as Sr Manager.

The role is responsible for driving growth of Services & Solutions business through new business development, customer retention, and partner ecosystem management. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in expanding service penetration, strengthening key customer relationships, and positioning solution‑oriented, consultative offerings.

This is a customer‑facing, solution‑driven leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, technical understanding, and a consultative sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth
- Drive new business acquisition through structured prospecting, qualification, selling, and closure of services and solutions opportunities.
- Sell a comprehensive portfolio of Services offerings, including:
- Spares and Life Extension Solutions
- Maintenance & Long‑Term Service Contracts
- Retrofits, Modernization & Upgrades
- Digital,



Energy & Consulting-led Solutions
- Expand wallet share within existing accounts while developing new strategic customers.

Customer & Account Management
- Manage customer relationships across all phases of the sales lifecycle, from opportunity generation to contract closure.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer pain points and positioning value‑based, outcome‑driven solutions.
- Provide account management ownership for the assigned territory and target segments.

Consultative & Digital Solution Selling
- Lead a consultative, solution‑oriented sales process, leveraging digital tools, value propositions, and industry insights.
- Promote digital solutions, analytics, and service‑led transformation journeys to targeted customers.
- Deliver one‑on‑one and group sales presentations to senior customer stakeholders.

Channel & Partner Ecosystem
- Work closely with System Integrators, Authorized Service Centers, Cha
