Position: Shuttering Supervisor

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA

Education: ITI / 12th / Diploma / Graduate

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in high-rise building construction

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Shuttering Supervisor to supervise and manage shuttering/formwork activities for high-rise building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper execution, quality, safety, and timely completion of shuttering work as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day shuttering/formwork activities at the high-rise construction site.
- Manage shuttering works for columns, beams, slabs, walls, staircases, and other RCC structural elements.
- Ensure shuttering is properly aligned, levelled, supported, and secured before concreting.
- Read and understand structural drawings and shuttering/formwork layouts.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, carpenters, steel teams, and other site personnel.




- Plan and deploy manpower according to project requirements.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Inspect shuttering work before concrete pouring and ensure proper rectification of defects.
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, maintenance, and reuse of shuttering materials.
- Monitor material requirements and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and site safety procedures.
- Maintain daily work/progress reports and provide updates to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Coordinate with the team during de-shuttering and slab/structure-related activities.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of shuttering/formwork and RCC construction.
- Hands-on experience in high-rise building projects.
- Ability to supervise carpenters and shuttering labour teams.
- Positive understanding of structural drawings and measurements.
