Your role and responsibilities
In this role, we are looking for an experienced Product Management professional to join our Industrial Automation Digital Organization. The role requires one to define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and long-term evolution of Asset Performance Management (APM) software products.
The candidate will be responsible for owning the complete product lifecycle, translating customer and business needs into product requirements, and working closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Quality Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and customer-centric industrial software solutions.
The candidate should bring robust experience in Product Management, Industrial Software Products, Asset Performance Management, Industrial Analytics, or Industrial IoT, along with the ability to manage product roadmaps, backlogs, releases, and commercialization activities across global teams.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and long-term evolution of the Asset Performance Management (APM) product portfolio, ensuring alignment with ABB's digital strategy, business objectives, and customer need
