You will be a key contributor driving the delivery of resilient, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that underpin critical KYC/AML and institutional client onboarding processes.
Working closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA, and Product teams, you will help deliver robust microservice-based applications through agile delivery models. You will collaborate to understand business requirements, translate them into well-engineered solutions, and interface with integration and platform teams to ensure seamless end-to-end system behaviour.
Leading the ongoing drive to modernise legacy systems and introduce cloud-native capabilities, you will champion clean code practices, design patterns, and a continuous-improvement mindset,
ensuring that engineering quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. Ensuring compliance with security standards, risk controls, and architectural governance will be a key responsibility.
To be successful as a Software Engineer - Full Stack, you should have experience with:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based backend services using Core Java concepts including Collections, Multi-Threading and Concurrency, Exception Handling, and JVM internals.
- Build and deliver production-grade Spring Boot applications; leverage Spring Batch for batch processing pipelines and Spring Integration for enterprise messaging and integration flows.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to produce clean, testable, and maintainable code across all layers of the application.
- Write and optimise SQL queries; design and manage relational database schemas and work with ORM frameworks in a transactional envir
