We are currently seeking a AI Engineering Enablement Lead - Agentic AI to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Ndu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Looking for a principal-level engineer focused on integrating AI-powered development capabilities across our engineering organization.

Technical Skill Set
- Languages & Frameworks: Expert-level Python proficiency. Hands-on experience with orchestration layers like LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar custom runtime systems.
- AI/LLM Architectures: Deep understanding of advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus), reranking, and function-calling schemas.
- Infrastructure & DevOps: Experience with cloud-native tech (AWS or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and designing automated CI/CD infrastructure.
- Evaluation & Testing: Mastery of AI benchmarking tools (e.g.,



LangSmith) and synthetic test generation to rigorously track agent drift and regressions.

Key responsibilities:
- Define and establish best practices for Agentic AI adoption in software development.
- Lead integrations with AI development platforms and tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, MCP servers, and related ecosystems.
- Develop and standardize spec-driven development workflows and AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and governance models for AI-enabled application development.
- Evaluate and implement AI solutions that improve developer productivity, quality, and delivery velocity.
