Role Overview:

As Sundew continues to expand its global footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Vice President – Sales to lead our global sales strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen our presence across international markets.

This role requires a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in B2B IT Services and Digital Transformation sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-value enterprise relationships, driving new business acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and leading a high-performing global sales organization.





Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the organization's global sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Build a strong and predictable sales pipeline across target geographies.

2. Enterprise Sales & Client Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and key decision-makers across global enterprises.
- Drive strategic sales initiatives for Digital Transformation, AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, Enterprise Applications, and Product Engineering services.
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to develop customer-centric solution
