We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Advisor to join our team in bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced SCCM/Intune Lead Engineer to join NTT DATA's India EPM Delivery Centre. This lead-level role combines deep technical expertise with delivery ownership - driving complex SCCM/Intune engagements, leading technical teams, architecting enterprise endpoint solutions, and serving as a key client-facing technical authority for EPM workstreams from India. The Lead Engineer plays a critical role in NTT DATA's EPM service delivery quality, client satisfaction, and practice capability growth, supporting global accounts across the US, Europe, and APAC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Leadership & Architecture




- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise SCCM/ConfigMgr and Microsoft Intune environments for global client accounts.
- Architect co-management strategies, Autopilot provisioning frameworks, and Contemporary Management transition roadmaps.
- Own the technical direction for SCCM-to-Intune migration engagements including workload transition planning, timeline development, and risk mitigation.
- Define EPM platform standards, governance frameworks, and configuration baselines across multiple global accounts managed from India.
- Evaluate emerging Microsoft Endpoint Manager capabilities and provide technical roadmap recommendations to delivery managers and clients.

Enterprise Patch Management
- Own enterprise-level patch management programs - governing policy, SLAs, exception management, and compliance reporting across 10,000+ endpoint fleets.
- Design and manage Intune Expedite policies, WUfB rings, and SCCM ADR-based patching for complex multi-site global environments.
