Role Purpose

Howell is seeking accomplished business development professionals to accelerate regional growth, build high-value client relationships and develop sustainable revenue pipelines across India.



The roles require commercially astute leaders who can identify opportunities, shape solutions, negotiate effectively and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solid customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities - Regional Business Development Manager
- Own the regional business development plan, sales pipeline and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify opportunities across ELV systems, construction, hospitality, insurance and related enterprise segments.
- Build relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, facility teams, corporate clients, channel partners and other decision-makers relevant to the territory.
- Lead prospecting, client meetings, needs assessment, solution presentations, commercial discussions and follow-through to closure.
