Job Description
- Own and scale the company's organic content ecosystem across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and execute the overall content strategy, content calendar, and audience growth roadmap.
- Build and launch original content formats including podcasts, video series, expert-led content, and recurring content IPs.
- Lead content production end-to-end, including ideation, scripting, agency management, shoot oversight, publishing, and performance tracking.
- Drive community growth, engagement, and content-led customer acquisition.
- Partner with founders, subject matter experts, creators,



and cross-functional teams to create impactful consumer-facing content.
- Use analytics and audience insights to optimize watch time, engagement, retention, and platform growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing content and social media team as the function scales.

The Successful Applicant
- 6-12 years of experience in content, social media, audience growth, or content marketing roles.
- Background in consumer, consumer-tech, D2C, wellness, lifestyle, fintech, or digital-first businesses.
- Proven track record of scaling YouTube and social media channels organically.
- Experience owning content strategy from ideation through execution and measurement.
- Solid understanding of content-led brand building and customer acquisition.
- Experience creating long-form video content, podcasts, or original content properties is highly preferred.
